what happened?????????????
we used Ambur at our restaurant for 3 years. They added online reporting and we were so excited but quality went way way down. The online reports dont make sense and dont match the real numbers. New features like promotions and major groups are confusing and dont work. Support doesnt understand what is going on either. Sometimes the guy in charge of the app jumps in. good luck talking to him. youll find out where the confusion starts. Try to learn a little bit about restaurants!!! Crashes are way way up. We already paid for it but we are switching to another P.O.S. We cant waste more time and money on their mistakes hoping they find out whats going on with their P.(iece).O(f).S(***)
